Josh Hanagarne

josh hanagarneRaised in rural Nevada in the shadow of three low-rent brothels, Josh Hanagarne eventually learned how to read, write, and speak. He is now a public librarian in Salt Lake City, an increasingly in-demand speaker, a performing strongman (think the circus guy but without the leopard skin), an author, a father, a husband, and a lover of mischief for its own sake. Obsessions include: Vonnegut, Mark Twain, Blood Meridian, David Foster Wallace, Shirley Jackson, and snacks. He also blogs about books, strength training, and his extreme case of Tourette Syndrome at World’s Strongest Librarian.
